We are helping Community Green Initiative with litter clean-ups and dog fouling issues. We want to set up a Green Map to show the areas of our town that are "hot spots" for litter, fly-tipping and dog fouling. This will help the environmental group chart the areas that need organized events and help chart progress as each area is cleaned up; we can also help point our local authorities to the areas that need their attention and extra refuse and dog bins. Our population is 12,000, we are two small post-industrial villages (Denny, Dunipace) in Central Scotland, joined by the River Carron, undergoing all levels of regeneration.
