Youth apprentices will explore environmental science, participate in community development, and use innovative technology to increase their awareness and understanding of local sustainability issues. Documenting their exploration with photos, video and writing, apprentices will publish their work both as an Open Green Map and in printed format, in addition to developing a community presentation of the map to publicize and distribute the project's results.
